#Humans4PuertoRico

UPDATED ON OCTOBER 11

In this time of need for the Island of #PuertoRico, I want to start this post by saying thank you to each and every single person who has shared information and spread the word about the Island after getting hit by #HurricaneIrma and later decimated by #HurricaneMaria.

Every single word is worth gold in this time of need and the pressure from people like you have brought change although bit by bit. I am currently using all of my social media platforms to do my best to help people in their time of need but I do wish to clarify one thing, although my focus is admittedly my focus is on Puerto Rico, my heart my heart is also with the rest of the Caribbean, Mexico, as well as Oregon and Canada who are each dealing with catastrophes of their own. I am using the hash tag #Humans4PuertoRico and trying to drive support to the Island, including a giveaway, but please know that all efforts I'm doing are also open to the following hash tags:

#Humans4Mexico
#Humans4TheCaribbean
#Humans4CanadaAndOregon
#Humans4Houston
#Humans4Florida

The reason for my emphasis on Puerto Rico is because unlike other places, we are not being given as much financial assistance as we need and odds are in favor of needing more assistance from people like you and me. However, if in life I don't discriminate based on gender, race, creed, or social class, I won't discriminate based on your cause either. I just want to do my small part to make people care and inspire action to go along with your thoughts and prayers. This means that any donation you make to any reliable charity for these places will enter you into the #Humans4PuertoRico giveaway.

Why the giveaway?
To drive attention and support to people in need. The media is being dominated by topics that in my opinion are not a priority in comparison. They are important topics that we need to discuss, but at this time, people are direly in need and need help. We can bicker after we help these people. For now, I want to do my best to inspire action for immediate relief efforts. I also want to offer incentive to everyone to help in some shape or form.

What can you win?
eBooks for anyone!
I have 10 eBooks for Kindle. For every news bit you share about #PuertoRico using the hashtag #Humans4PuertoRico, you get a free eBook. I’ve sent over 20 people free books. I don’t care about making money at this juncture or Amazon sales ranks or reviews. I just want to offer ANY incentive I can to get you on board.

NEW! INTERNATIONAL Grand Prize
If you live outside the United States, I’m offering an additional raffle: all ten of my books in physical copies signed and dedicated if you donate $100 or more to any of these causes. Wherever you live, I’ll send the books whatever the cost. But I need evidence that you made the donation to a legitimate cause, whether it is a screenshot or fwd of confirmation. The main thing I’ll request is to leave out personal information. I don’t need that and don’t want your information at risk. I just need evidence to support me sending my books anywhere in the world.

#Humans4PuertoRico Collective goal
If we share any of these hashtags 10,000 times, all my eBooks will be free for 6 months. I’m doing all of this because I don’t care about fame or money, I just need to help my Island and other places.

UPDATE!
If you have a YouTube channel and do the #HurricaneMariaTag like I did on my BookTube Channel, you'll get all of my eBooks for free. That's 10 free eBooks just for doing a tag video.

So if you have a spare dollar and can take a screenshot, you can win a ton of books. And if you live out of the US and donate over $100 to any cause, you’ll be entered into a special raffle where you could get all my books signed and dedicated in your very own Estrada Crate.

If I don’t like or retweet your info, please touch base with me or email me any evidence of your donation to keep track of it. I am proud to be an indie author, but that means I’m doing all of the monitoring by myself so my apologies if I slip up. Thank you for your time and for caring. It is a time to be as human as we can be and a time for thoughts, prayers, and action.

My love to you and as always

Peace, love, and maki rolls.
